What does a tightrope walker and a winemaker have in common? Give up? It’s balance. Striking that delicate balance between sweetness and acidity can seem to the winemaker like walking a tightrope. One false step and what was once a cru classé to be is now a crude wannabe.

    Just starting viewing these blogs – really like the educational content. Being a “house wine” drinker my wine experience with my meals has been hit or miss.
