Capturing the Flavor

 When I lived and worked in Europe, I found speaking a country’s language helped me better connect with and appreciate the people and their culture. Now back in the USA, I find myself speaking in tongues or, should I say, the language of taste and smell. Believe it or not, our sense of taste and smell speaks a language of its own.  And the more we understand what our senses are telling us the better that glass of wine is going to taste.

“Multitalent” doesn’t begin to describe the phenomenon that is DeniZe. A trained singer, conductor, actress and public speaker, DeniZe lived in Europe for an extended period before returning to her roots in the heart of Long Island’s burgeoning winegrowing region.
