3 Pointers to Quality

  I won’t dish the dirt with the girls no matter how tempting the back-door gossip is. But there are times when getting the dirt on what’s going on in my wine glass could make the difference between delight and despair. An informed consumer does make for a better taster. Whether it’s an $8 or $800 bottle of wine, if what I smell in my glass is more dirty than worthy, at least I’ll know the fault lies in my selection rather than in my perception.
