“Multitalent” doesn’t begin to describe the phenomenon that is DeniZe. A trained singer, conductor, actress and public speaker, DeniZe lived in Europe for an extended period before returning to her roots in the heart of Long Island’s burgeoning winegrowing region. A lifelong interest in food (both her paternal grandparents were professional chefs) was a natural segue to her interest in wine. In addition to being enrolled in the Court of Master Sommeliers educational program, DeniZe is a member of the Guild of Sommeliers. She writes about wine and food, cooks, and trains restaurant personnel in wine fundamentals and service.
